Instructions For Replacing Dogs In A Trial

** This can be accomplished at any time, either before, during, or after a trial.**

Please note that after each of the following changes, your screen will revert back to “A” field if you have multiple fields.  You will need to go back to the field you were working in to view the changes.

 

 

Dog is pulled – no paid replacement 

• Go to Draws Tab.
• Pull up a field.
• Find the dog that has pulled.
• Click on the arrows next to the word BYE at the right side of the page.
• The dog will be removed and replaced by the word BYE.

 

Dog is pulled – Paid replacement

• Go to Dogs Tab.
• Enter the replacement dog just as you would any dog entered into the trial.
• After dog is entered, go to bottom of the page and click on the green boxes. They should turn red.
• Go to the Draws Tab.
• Pull up a field.
• Find the dog that has pulled.
• Click on the arrows next to the word SWAP at the right side of the page.
• A list of dogs will appear that includes the dog you just entered.
• Click on the red SWAP button next to the dog you want to put in the trial.
• You will get a message saying “Swap Complete”.
